Please unban Rangeban

Why are you banned: rangeban the exactly reason is this: G0LIATH_05 my brother took ban for lobby leaving and game started(wasn'nt for purpose) and then he shut down laptop and go outside, when i came home i started laptop enter in game and it worked at me, but after some time it says on 1200+ Ltd rangeban. Now g0liath_05 has been unbanned by "Child" because left lobby but now i can't play on 1200+, wtf.
Why you should be unbanned: Please unban me. It says rangeban but we have just 1 laptop for both and if one of us get ban then cant play both until one of us gets unban.
