Why are you banned: Pausing game.
Why you should be unbanned: How the hell do you INFORM YOUR TEAM of MISSING OR MIA enemy players without pausing the game when they are idiots ? PAUSE + SAVE because enemy team auto UNPAUSES game almost instantly removing all chances to WARN FELLOW TEAMMATES. PAUSE + SAVE lets your comment stay on screen for 5-10 seconds to inform teammates of an incoming GANK.

Saving the game after a pause EFFECTIVELY lets you have an actual timeout for effectively 10 seconds to relay a small message to your teammates.

It is not disrupting game play its encouraging "EFFECTIVE TEAM PLAY".

Open- banned 2 days for saving/pausing the game randomly

THE POINT OF A PAUSE is to PAUSE THE GAME... a TIME OUT to discuss STRATEGY.... This game comes with 3 pauses to discuss STRATEGY with your teammates. Enemy teams can UNPAUSE RUINING the team game play. The enemy player that UNPAUSED the game should be banned. not the person that paused it. to discuss Strategy.

Seriously admins FIX YOUR VIEW POINT of competitive sports and sportsman ship. 1 Team called for a time out... the other team is refusing to accept it. PLEASE BAN the team refusing to play with sportsman like conduct. THANK YOU.

People get banned for violating ENT rules. There is no such thing as getting banned for unsportsman like conduct. So their actions were fine from a "legal" point of view.
In contrary yours did violate the ENT rules:

Saving game is the most pointless thing to do anyway as it does _NOT_ save the replay. Saving game is for loading that game up to the point it was saved at another time. All the same players have to be present and you have to get the ENT bot to host that saved game for you. So that is utterly pointless and just hindering gameplay.

Also you don't have the right to pause to discuss strategy. You can ask opponents for a pause, but they don't have to agree to that proposal. The right for 3 pauses you think you get from the game/blizzard/whatever is overwritten/overruled by the ENT rules for the map.

Edit: Basically:
Blizzard allows people to host games. The hosters can make any rule they want, even if takes your "right" away to pause a game or anything else you think Blizzard gave you. ENT decided to allow unpausing games (rightfully so in my opinion), so you have to deal with it. Of course you should feel free to post a suggestion in the suggestion section to have this changed, though I doubt you'd have any success.

And this isn't even the first time you do this, I was going to post a ban request for you too since you somehow think it's a great idea to save the game in order to get the attention of people. It's dumb so please follow the rules next time.
