When you leave/disconnect a game, you get an autoban for a few hours ( depending on your leave percentage ). Just be patient, and you will be able to play again in less that a day.

It depends on your rate percentage and how many games you've left/disconnected from.
The more leaves/disconnects, the longer the ban.
