Why you should be unbanned: Hello, ent community. It is sad to meet under these circumstances. I would have liked to introduced myself in another manner other then the ban appeal topic foroum. However, I can not sit idle while injustice is being done. I currently have had free time because I'm in between jobs. So, I thought, what the hell, I enjoy playing nwu let me see if its still around. It is and is being auto hosted by a ent bot. Pretty cool. I came to like clan ent. Hosting my favorite game as well as recording stats. Hell, I might even make a account on their website. I am was in game [ent] nwu -sdsm #78 and about 19 mins in I denied Naruto. The battle was over and I didn't see danzo who has previously killed a ally behind our lines. So I thought it would be best to deny him for 2 reasons. 1. so the enemy doesn't get the kill. 2. he would be back in game in 14 seconds. It would have taken him longer than 14 seconds to walk back to the base... well over. Even a opposing player on the other team said it was pretty weak of him to ban over that. So the only logical thing to do would be to ban me. Good thinking right? The kind of thinking that makes hazo have his admin status. It gets better. Because I did not go into a 3v5 battle he threatened me to a even longer ban. It seems to me that we are no longer playing for fun and enjoyment but rather ego. I have seen numerous bans that were uncalled for by him. Banning rob_eats_noobs for feeding a couple days ago. Cmon.. we all know he isn't the best player best player but he enjoys the game. Whats its suppose to be about. I just wanted to make aware to Clan ent of this infraction so hopefully you can do something about it. All I'm looking for is to play games and enjoy myself. Rather I found that nwu has died out and the reason appeared pretty obvious with hazo tonight on what it is dying. Please on behalf of the nwu community, make the game enjoyable to everyone. I saved the game and not sure how to upload it. Didnt know if you could pull it up in stats. You can def see the chat logs. If you do need the game I will figure out how to upload it. It just depresses me instead of getting one more game in I have to deal with this. Thank you for your time whoever has read this and I'm looking forward to working with the brighter side of clan ent.

Do not teamkill (ex. blocking, maliciously using spells, destroying/hiding/stealing/massing items, selling towers, etc).

This is the rule Haz0 banned me for.
I denied 1 player 1 time in the entire game. It was only beneficial for the team and the player.

If denying is not my choice than how come the game enables you to do so?
I believed Naruto was not safe at the moment and I made a in game decision.
The proof is even in the simple fact that you can not deny a player who is more than 1 or 2 hits away.
I don't claim to be a "pro" but my record reflects my ability to make the decisions which benefit the team. 8-0

You simply cannot argue that Naruto was in danger. So don't bother.

I do not think you understand the definition of deny. Deny means you stop enemy from getting a kill. You deny them a kill. By killing naruto, who was in no imminent danger, you simply team killed him.

I would argue that denying in such situations can sometimes be benefical for denied hero, as he spawns to base relatively quick. However, you should ask him before you do that. I understand your intentions might not have been malicious, and that is why I asked you why u denied before banning you. You did not answer, and naruto was unhappy with the TK, hence why I banned.



Now... What will you do in the future when such situation occurs?

I can argue the fact that Naruto was in danger. Ive played Shinobi wars since it was conceived.
At that moment in time, danzo was alive and I was unsure of his location. I earnestly believed there was a liable threat at hand.
Ive died in games where players chased me into my base and killed me. Danzo could've easily took Naruto out if he was in the forest or near by.
Madara chased shino down a entire lane that game to kill him. If I had asked him it may have been too late.

What will I do when future situations arise?
That's quite simple. If I had to make that choice again I would do it again.
My in game instincts told me to kill him which I did.
I play on auto pilot in the game. You don't have much time to think about whats going on. You simply react to what they throw at you.
I shouldn't have to ponder the fact on whether I should get banned because my instincts might be wrong. All it takes is those few seconds to cost you a game. I'm standing by my actions because I believe they were justified.

I'd like you to go watch the game again. You're the only one who thought there could be a potential danger. And as I said, it is the own player's decision if he wants to be denied in such circumstances. Else, it is considered TK.

Unbanned, try be more careful in future.
