If my actions (killing someone runing the game for myself by expoliting terrain bugs) are classed as gameruin, then AtPMonster should be banned for:

- Do not purposely glitch or exploit the game.
- Gameruin (purposely provoking creeps to attack his base and therefore making mine not to be so often attacked by cumulating huge number of creeps and not being able to kill them at the same time, creeps that are not able to attack him due to a terrain bug, they just hang around not being anywhere near the entrance

How about that? Let's be fair and Hyo should watch replays and report exactly the way it is.

Then report him (in the correct section). People who report someone are unlikely to get banned otherwise people might fear to report. So you have to report him back.

From what you're saying it's a game of 'who reports first'. He ruined my game first, I simply killed him for that rather than crying my eyes out on forums.

It is not a game of who reports first. Because if you report him, he gets banned too (if what you are saying is true - haven't watched the replay).
To take the law into your own hands is against the rules and you got banned for it. Like in RL, reporting to the police/suing someone is the way to go.

You can report other players for what they did ingame, via ban request section -> Destroying another players base, and then chasing them to teamkill them intentionally, won't simply solve the case, ergo why your actions are bannable per the general rules.

Now to help the moderators (and yourself) getting anything positive from your appeal:

please link the general rules and the game specific rules of the game(s) you got banned in, and highlight the specific rule(s) you believe you violated.
You can find them on the wiki.

That way, moderators can ensure another rule-violation by you, caused by not-knowing the rules, will not happen again. After linking to the rules, moderators will expect you to have read them. Cooperating with them will have a positive effect on your ban duration.

So I am guessing that whenever you review the ban request you concentrate only on the subject being reported, then do your best and review game ruining by bugging creeps and building in bugged spot clearly expoliting game bugs in this thread:

This is not allowed under any circumstances; it does not matter if he did something to you, etc.
