Why are you banned: Long story short: the game dropped me during the loading screen!? I have no idea. That is all i know.
Why you should be unbanned: I explained it better here https://entgaming.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=97499. I am trying to find a permanent solution, but while that, its really unfair to stay banned. I did nothing wrong. It's mostly something of the game/internet.

here lies the problem, is it fair to the other users to have their game ruined by you.
Whether its your fault or not.
You are timing out which means there is an internet connection problem, a cpu memory problem, or a video card problem.
I suggest to get this fix first before I un ban you.

I can see where you are coming from, although i don't quite agree with it.
I didn't 'ruin' anyone's game. The game started 3v4, and people just joined next.
I doubt it is a cpu memory problem, or a video card problem (as you said).
At first, I thought it could really be an internet problem. But to be honest, I dont't believe it is - because when i get this problem, i don't even drop from battlenet, or anything. I just go back to my clan page.
And i really don't know how to 'solve' the issue (that is why i asked for help @technicalsupport).
As far as i am concerned, it can even be related to the gproxy that i installed (and that is from ENT, btw).
So, i keep my opinion that is pretty much unfair of you to keep my ban. You can check my overall staying %, and you will see i don't 'leave' nor 'ruin' other people games. So, to be punished for something that i can't solve, nor know the solution, and that doesn't 'ruin' anyone's game, is pretty unlogical.

@icyhwm it is perfectly logical if people want to play a 4v4 and you drop it is no longer a 4v4 so your logic is flawed.

this is from the auto ban page which says your load is timed out, meaning it took to long for you to load and you were dropped.
So here is what happens if I un ban you and its not fixed the auto ban will pick it up and make the ban even longer.
At that point we are in the same place we are now, but you have another game that people were disappointed that have to play a lop sided game.
And no admin will let it continue. So look at any programs that might be running in your back ground check for viruses. if you want me to un ban fin but when it double in the next day I will not un ban again.

@Larz, my logic isn't flawed, because as i told you, they all left the game, and joined next - the game wasn't unbalanced. No one got it ruined.
It's actually common to !draw and go next on Legion TD 1200+ if someone leaves, or if the game bugs.
The only program running in my background is skype ^_^. I will try to close it, although i don't think the problem comes from there.
I understand you are trying to justify the ban, but it doesn't take much to understand my side as well.
I do want you to unban me. And i hope there won't be a 'next time'. If there is one, i hope i will have an answer from @technicalsupport by then.

@icyhwm well depending on many things like how much computer resources you have. have skype open plus wc and then gproxy it could cause a problem.
However un banned this time.
Ps about your logic....you should think that some people have professional lives and only so much time to play.
So dropping froma game could make it so they dont have enough time to play another.
if it didnt ruin games we would not have a ban for it.
