Why are you banned: Votekick abuse
Why you should be unbanned: The case in which I guess I have been banned for the votekick abuse seems not fair to me.First of all I agree that probably I wasn't being the nicest in terms of manners but I consider I haven't reached excessive flaming. Second, the reason I repeatedly voted for a kick is that I considered that one of our teammates was ruinning the game by rejecting to communicate with the team and building randomly. Therefore I voted for kick in order to benefit our team and the game experience rather than for personal hatred.
Eventually I considered the case of such player being new, but eventhough it's not a reason for playing alone and rejecting to even communicate with more experienced teammates, especially when it affects the whole team. I also considered the possibility of such player not understanding English, but that didn't seem the case to me as he/she was poking and using the votekick against me which I also find unfair.
In any other case I apologize for any possible confusion and I would like to state the fact that, as far as I know, I've only been banned before for disconnecting due to internet/game crash issues and that I always try to be a constructive player by helping or asking help to my teammates and following the rules, and colaborating as much as I can for the thriving of the game experience and the community.

I haven't watched the replay, but it looks like you abused the votekick command against someone for no actual reason.

Okey, I remember this game and indeed I believe there is a confusion here. Actually the enemy team voted for kick due to their teammates solo sending. I don't know where is the votekick abuse there. Maybe the votekick was arranged against the wrong player in which case I personally didn't realize. In any case I would not mind apologizing personally to player Mrdnik if it was indeed an unfair kick. But I insist that their team arranged the votekick for a reason (solo sending).
