Why you should be unbanned?:so I have been banned, because i didn't kick guy that "sold all his towers" it was after arena round, so I couldn't even check it, also this guy said that he didn't do that and that the guy accusing him was lying... I don't really think it's my fault lol.

@falenga well I couldn't even tell if that's truth when they started votekick, and later this guy started to play normally. +I don't really care abot enemy team trashtalking and flamming each other. I could also get banned for kicking him... that's pointless if i dont see their side of map...

+ notice the fact that he wrote most of that stuff more than 60 seconds after VK so the ban is not even a reasonable report @FalenGa

Well, here is where analyzing the situation helps a bit. When you failed to kick the ruiner, it became plausible to ban. If they were lying about the votekick and were providing misinformation, you would not have been banned. If you had, instead, voted !yes, and the situation remained the same and deathrunner had reported you, you would not have been banned because his actions were game ruining and he should be kicked.

Does that make sense?

Both of his teammates kept saying he sold his towers. He confirmed it himself, more than once.

There were 4 votekicks against him, and you refused each one. There is no excuse.

I take your point, but I still think in such a not clear situation, ban isn't needed, +in ent games there's such option as !ignore, SO if you can ignore someone to stop seeing their messages, it means that using chat is optional, SO this banning for such thing is pointless...

Even if you use ignore, the point is you didn't kick a game ruiner. You must kick game ruiners, and in this situation, it was fairly clear.

But if I ignored those guys I wouldn't have even seen that they accused "gameruiner" of ruining game. I didn't SEE that he sold all his towers, he didn't send alone, he didnt do anything to let us see that he is ruining game, on chat you can write pretty much everything, it doesn't have to be truth. I even asked him to waste holy light to see if he's actually trolling, but he DIDN'T do that, maybe that is impossible atm in game but idc, I still didn't have a single proof. a single reason to kick him.

As of now, holy light isn't possible to use by command. It auto heals for this very reason. I will let Falenga handle the remainder of this case, but I gave you the reasons and why you wouldn't be banned if you had voted !yes.

You can lie on chat, you can write everything, and it doesn't have to be truth, I don't think players have to belive EVERYTHING that is written on chat.

You are playing in a game with 3 opponents. At some point, two of them start accusing Green of selling his towers and game ruining. Then Green confirms the story himself, more than once.

If that's not proof enough, then what is?

They could be friends, that played together and wanted to have some fun make a joke on all chat, smth like that happens really often, Players shouldnt be responsible for what enemy team writes on chat if they don't have a SINGLE 100% proof
