Ursa rarely showed up during team fight and refused to team play

Other than griefing did you ask him to help? You claim he was ruining the game yet you only troll, grief and didnt ask for help from ursa much at all. If he was ruining you would need to ask him to help and if he did not after that you may use vk. Not the way you vk . Now if you still disagree find timer where you asked ursa to help out when you needed him, or where he intentionally didnt help/feed which gives you right to use vk against him

Well if you want him to help you need to communicate regardless of flame. If you certainly know that he wasnt helping why not ask him to help after unignore? Like you said game was hour long yet you didnt even try comminicating except trolling and vk abuse this is clearly against rule. Im aware that ursa was farming most, but what you should have done is ask him to help and once you mentioned that and he didnt help from thAt point your vk would be justified do you understand this? If so copy&paste the rules you broke here then ill consider reduce/unban.
