Questions regarding denied unban query

Why you should be unbanned: Last night the power went out in my house so i inevitably got disconnected from the game. Hopefully you can unban me, as there was no intention to actually leave the game on purpose.

My apologies for the repost, but the previous topic was closed so i could not this my question there. First off this was the response of the admin:

It was your first game and therefore you have a really low stay percent.
Therefore, I am sorry but you will not be unbanned.

We usually do not interfere with autobans.
However, if we do, it is because someone has a lot of games played (1000+ for instance) and a high stay percent and got a problem once.
Or in case of a war3 exception (with proof).

It was my first time on this account because my other accounts got kicked everytime i tried to join and i thought this was because of a low ELO (about 930 - 950). I started playing legion td mega x3 with a friend about 2 weeks ago and tried to improve more and more which is why i lost a couple matches at the beginning as we are both learning the meta in this gamemode. However it is true i don't have 1000+ games within this series.

I understand you have your own rules as there is no way to validate wheter my action was without any bad intentions (even though i assure you it was). Therefore i'd like to ask you how long this ban will last?

Your main account still has a low stay percentage.
Install GProxxy as a form of reconnection (due to your low stay percentages), and I will unban you as soon as you show you have it.
