Auto-Banned - didn't leave my game dropped!

Why you should be unbanned: I was having a fun game, and 30 minutes in i dc for no reason! I checked IE to confirm it wasn't my internet, and it was working at the time of drop? Is there anything I can do to help re-sync because this is the 2nd time this has happened in a week.
