Why are you banned: Not sending in order to give team that lost player more fair game
Why you should be unbanned:
I was not - not sending because I was unhappy that game was not drawn, but to make the game more fair for the other team. In no way did I reduce the chances of my team winning below an even game once the other team lost a player. Considering the extremely high rate of leavers and generally poor sportsmen who are unwilling to draw in the most extreme scenarios (like losing player before mode is selected ), I would have hoped that this action, if not welcome to my teammates (clearly the case here), would at least not be bannable. I suppose not though.

This is the thread where you were banned. viewtopic.php?t=110114
Draw is an optional command, not mandatory. Whether or not there is a leaver you are expected to play the game and not ruin it for the other people involved. You even told your team you weren't going to play with them because you had 1 extra player and they decided to exercise their option to not draw.

@CheW thank you for the response.
"play the game and not ruin it for the other people involved."
The above sentence is where I disagree with you a little bit. It's not like I stopped building and my lane was a dead lane just leaking full spawns of creeps through to king. As I still was still building perfectly fine, my team retained a huge advantage over the team with 3 players in the form of an extra heal and the other team's sends being split among 4 players. My not sending only slightly tipped the balance a little closer to a 'fair' game. Clearly this caused a reaction among one or more of my teammates though.

@Catalyst
When you join a competitive game, you are obligated to try your best to win the game and cooperate with your team. It is not on you to decide that the enemy team needs a helping hand in the form of you not sending because they lost a player. Whether you believe it was 'fair' to give them an advantage is totally irrelevant. You disadvantaged your team on purpose by refusing to send, and that is game ruining.
If drawing is not obligatory on our servers in cases like this, then it should be obvious to you that when the game is not drawn you are supposed to play the rest of the game in full. And whether you disagree with our policies or not, you must play on our rules when using our servers.
Do you understand this? How would you act in the future?

Sure, I understand ENT's definition of game ruining and am fine with following your rules on your servers.
