@The snowball can suck in allied units/summons aswell as heroes to take them with it into the impact zone.
When talking about effects on the snowball in the changelog they always talk about "per hero" not per courier, or per summon or w/e you put into this snowball (except meepo clones, they count as heros)
-> This wording is the same for all snowball related changes since 6.70 (when the hero was added)
The speed was set to a stndart 675 in 6.84, i assume this was easier then fixing and balancing the extra speed bonus of all couriers in it.
From the wording of the changelogs it doesnt look intented to make it that fast, to give extra speed for every courier/unit in it.
Just the 5 heroes should give the extra speed bonus.
