Banning mistake?

Not sure exactly what's going on. According to https://entgaming.net/link/amibanned.php I am not banned... apparently it is specifically DotA LoD games. When I try to join other ENT games I can join them. But for any LoD game WC3 says:

^^there is no gamename given. Also, I've gone back several days into my game history and I didn't see any game that I left before the game finished.

Why you should be unbanned:
Hopefully the above is sufficient. I assume this is just a mistake.

What realm are you trying to join on? Your east account is whitelisted but the east bot is down. Please let me know the realm you are using so I can update it for the time being.

I tried on both east and west, neither worked. I forget which, one gave me the error message that I quoted above, and the other just didn't let me join the game entirely (based on what you said I assume that was east)

I whitelisetd your west account and you should hve no further problems with puddle@ west until the bot is back up on east.
