Why you should be unbanned: I wasn't abusing votekick. Shi7688 had a flying courier and could have had a TP scroll delivered to himself in order to tp out. He also could have used the "-unstuck" tool to get out of the trap. I know he shouldn't have needed to do this because mllk was trolling him, but shi7688 went along with it when he didn't need to. "Do not ruin the game on purpose:...and/or refuse to play the game in an attempt to ruin it."
Shi7688 was refusing to play the game when he could have done something to help the game and then worry about banning mllk at a later time. Shi7688 could have easily decided to be the bigger man and just buy a tp but instead he chose to allow mllk to ruin the game by just sitting there and doing nothing. Mllk tried to ruin the game and shi7688 allowed him to do it. Shi7688 even had his courier deliver an ultimate orb. Why not just get a tp? Shi7688 and mllk were both refusing to play.

So, let me understand this correctly.

One player is blocking another player from moving. And this happens for 10 minutes?

Wouldn't it make more sense to kick the person who is blocking, and preventing the other one from playing? That sounds like the logical solution.

Unless of course you are all friends and you don't want to kick your friend. Sounds like you were all in cahoots against this shi7688 player. If you were being fair, you would have started a votekick on mllk, and much much sooner. Instead you all teamed up against shi7688 and were directly on indirectly trolling him and making him lose the game.

Did I understand the situation correctly?

It doesn't sound like this CharlesT comprehends what he did wrong here.

Appeal denied. He couldn't buy a TP for ~3 minutes. Having someone that plays with you block him from leaving and then votekicking him is obvious votekick abuse.
