Why are you banned: votekick abuse
Why you should be unbanned: Ok, so that's going to be a long ass post. I wanted to write a complaint about an admin, but instead I'll just post everything here. We're talking about Av1oN (btw., I knew it was you, only one admin can do something like that). Let me describe the whole situation: 4vs5 game, one player from our team left. Our enigma was doing terrible job, but not only not warding, not supporting and feeding their carry (not sure if on purpose), he fed them with courier 3 times in a same spot (secret shop), even thou he knew there are mines. At some point he blackhole empty space in our jungle just to troll and throw. When I've votekick him after that, a new accounter started to talk, turned out he is pro mr. admin, who btw. within few minutes threw game himself. Infest our void and walekd in him for over 5 mintues, doing literally nothing. They stand behind me while i fought good few times. His answer 'I'm waiting for void to gank'. An admin - troll. Let's discuss another situation, that happens on ENT recently. New accounter turns out to be an admin, who joins game as 'unknown' only to wait untill someone votekick a legit thrower or game ruiner (and on ENT people like that are present each three games), just to push his ego to the limits, because he is god admin, so he can now ban someone who votekicked. This isn't the first time situation like that took place. No wonder all pro/good players left ENT, or are playing with dihl/4-5 players stacked game on public. What admins are doing during let's say previous year is just ridiculous and it's not time that killed dota1, it's people like you, favouring noobs and throwers, instead of decent, eldest players. I at least hope that boner after that ban lastest more than a minute @Av1oN.

Pretty shitty that this happens all the time and we try to use votekick the proper way, but still get banned for it. Instead of those ruiners and throwers getting banned instead, they are off the hook to go and do it again. Dota 1 has turned to trash for this reason. And then with admins doing it themselves now, just because they are bored and want to wait for someone to abuse votekick when it's actually a legit reason towards a thrower. Pretty sad, and then on top of that, the admin also throws, but uses his excuses to get him out of ban trouble. Haha how sad it is we have these kinds of admins with power. I wish we could challenge like back in the old days in a clan for shaman, you challenge for their spot. If that were alive today, all these admins would be out of their spot and dreams crushed as they got rekt. WE THE PEOPLE DESERVE BETTER!

I am with you there, I myself has experience couple games like this and they won't vote then if we start voting again then someone will claim to be admin and said we votekick abuse, no matter what the reason is, how do you let a 0 6 0 stay and we already hear that the player was saying something like "oh you think I am feeding, I will show you what is feeding" and of course he feeds more later but no, they just said he is a noob. No kick sorry. really frustrated

Incase you wanted to know the game he was banned in: viewtopic.php?t=117342. I highly suggest you watch it before coming to conclusions and/or assuming that @Av1oN was abusing his ban powers. Enigma was actually decent. He just had two bad luck deaths early game and a failed ult before you votekicked him. After that he got killed plenty times by carries and no it was no where on purpose or because of him especially because he was 2-2 for a while before their carries got farmed. They were just better than him and you, in fact. He's also not forced or supposed to ''support'' by warding like you want them to because it's a freaking pub and EM game.
Summary of Enigma's game:
-Enigma dies two times early game due to Techies & Axe.
-Kills two people and is 2-2.
-Fails a ult in Scourge woods & gets votekicked by PotM.
-Gets votekicked another time later on for no real reason.
-His courrier dies twice only.
Votekicks:
After that he just keeps on dying because the enemy was simply better. None of that deserves votekicks. As for Naix, nothing wrong in staying in a Void for roughly two minutes waiting for a gank. The 3 days seems fine because you were asked to stop plus all the trash talk about ENT's bot/clan while there is an admin in the game.
And since you're not really posting an appeal, processed.
