Looks like you were caught in a rangeban. To get this sorted out, I'd appreciate it if you would answer the questions below:

  • Provide a list of all your previous accounts you've used on ENT.
  • What games do you play on ENT?
  • When was the last time you played on ENT?

    Thanks for your response,
    This is the only ENT Account I have.
    I play player hosted games on ENT mainly, and used to play Legion TD.
    The last time I have played on ENT was probably 4 or 5 months ago.

    I can whitelist one account for you. I guess you want Malfriction, but which realm would you like?
