Why are you banned: Sending the wrong types of units, solo sending while my team had me chat ignored (can't send with team if you can't talk to team...), and ghosting
Why you should be unbanned: I am a relatively new player to LTD still learning unit types. I sent legitimately to try to win, and I made every effort to contact the team - orange could have relayed my messages to everyone else but chose not to.

The most unreasonable ban however is for ghosting - there is no ghosting if the information is already visible to everyone. I said in chat "red and teal are upgrading king" - however everyone in the game could see the king HP going up, so it was obvious to everyone that the king was being upped.



Also an enquiry, is it a bannable rule to fail to votekick someone? I can't find where this rule is mentioned however I notice that some players were banned for this:
keero@Europe banned 3 days for not votekicking game ruiner (3 days - second offense)
hidden@USEast, gonerich@USEast banned 2 days for refusal to votekick game ruiner.

Also, I note that I was banned a second time for solo sending as a second offense - surely since i've just been banned for the first time and i am a new player it can't be a second offense?

You were banned for solo sending at two different instances, each for a different game, each at a different time. Offenses stack, especially when 2 or more games are being affected by said rulebreaker.

While you can most likely see king's hp being upgraded, the enemy team had no knowledge of which players were upgrading.

Also, if you are new, you should act in the way that you have been and be focused on learning.
