Why am I banned?

yea, i have a WLAN connection and my IP does change, but i have nothing to do with it. It is really not intentionnal, otherwise i would've never appealed the other bans and just done the same no ?

Let's break this down a bit more, to clarify a few things.

You were banned around 06:11:54 EET, on the 27th of Jan.

On the 27th of Jan, 14:19:04 EET, you tried to join a game, but got the message you are banned. At that point, you became aware of the ban, and it was your responsibility to check when it expires. It was due to expire on the 28th of Jan, 12:12:01 EET. I won't even mention that you should be familiar with what happens when you disconnect from a game.

However, about two hours after that, you changed your IP and account, and played, as i said earlier.

So, to sum it all up,

• You were aware you are banned.
• Changed your account.
• Changed your IP.
• Played several games while banned.

Well I believe you really want me banned for 1 year.
I did this "dodge", if you want to call it that way, because after a lag drop i didn't feel like being banned for 1 hour, and it didn't happen many times.
Anyways, just wanted to say that i feel bad about having broken a rule, i never break rules. Anything to help me being forgiven?

P.S. : i have to play on BK bots now

ENT's goal is not to keep users banned. We only ban as a way to "shake" users when they go too far, hopefully leading them to appeal, familiarise themselves with our rules, so we can avoid violations in future games.

Personally, i tend to be very lenient on users who are honest and cooperative. Ban history and behavior are also big factors on an appeal.

Dodging, as you understand, is a serious offense. However, dodging an auto ban caused by a disconnection is not as severe as dodging a map hack ban, for example. Even tho they are both penalised equally, each case is handled based on the above.

So, given you dodged a disconnection ban, which was also longer than usual simply because you were on a new account, i can offer you the following deal :

Do not try to dodge your ban any further, and reappeal in 7 days from now. Once you do, i am going to recheck everything, and we'll take it from there.
