Why you should be unbanned:

I was banned unjustly.
I don't think it's fair the claim a base just by building in it.
I was pinging to early base as ofcourse gnoll doesn't have the panic button like murlock does.

Please overlook this ban. So I should just go around building everywhere and claiming those as lumber bases?
How can that be justified.

I was so close to building there, and obviously the murlock did it to spite me. Panic to get there after seeing me going for it.

I did Tk his buildings, after giving him a chance to leave and rebuild. When a player see's you pinging as soon as the game starts, then panics just to smite you and claim the base so you're not allowed to build. That's something.
I wasn't even ruthless about it. Clearly, I had an intention in mind to build a base there.

If a player pings a seed and/or a base it does NOT mean they have the rights to that seed and/or base. The first unit that has the ability to build (includes any builder/summoner, excludes nature's workers) to the seed and/or base has the rights to it.
A broken rule.

Just remember, he probably had the intention to build there himself. Think of it from his shoes, he would have been gutted if you arrived first, but I imagine he would have moved on.

Anyway, I am happy with this. Thank you for your cooperation in the end, @Bacon - Hopefully a lesson was learnt (you have demonstrated that possibility through pasting the broken rule here) and this will not happen again.
