Why you should be unbanned: ok first of all did admin even watch replay or just read game chat? Second, my score was 8/12/6, highest in K+A and almost highest in D which tells about my team game participation. Third, I am playing a hero with 20sec cd global teleport, I dont use boots, because I play a build where I always need extra item spot (I ward/deward). My game play is pretty much: tp into action, tp back to fountain to heal, then again tp into action, tp to fountain. If im at fountain it doesnt mean im afk, griefing, it means im looking for where to tp. Fourth when you were writing in chat "(49:52 / Allied) PaperRoses: grief at fount (49:54 / Allied) PaperRoses: posting" all of our team was dead and I was only alive. And since other team was owning us even if all of us were alive I stayed at fountain and waited for you guys to revive. Me going and trying to defend would mean sure death. You posting me for that????????

is he in his mind? I literally was asking him to go carry without any sarcasm or grief. I was participating in every team action, other than suicidal ones, I was pushing creeps non stop, warding, how do I get ban? What was i supposed else to do?

You should know by now that i never issue a ban without watching the game. What I saw was you tp'ing bottom when sent came to rax top, and ending the game afk at the fountain with naix, while 1 allie was alive and trying to defend.

TPing bottom when sent came to rax top is against the rules? First - my teleport is 20 sec cooldown. I mean I coulda just stayed fountain, waiting for a moment to teleport to defend top, but I decided to do something useful for a team (push a lane, bottom lane had no enemy heroes so I set my hero on autoattack and was observing top, was ready to tp anytime). Second - I'm not a tank hero or playing tank build. Brown was dead, and he was another key player in team. I saw it pointless defending without him. Sometimes its better to wait for your ally to revive, than go and all die trying to defend without him even if its a rax. Then brown revives and we are all dead? I mean K/D was 53:23 at the time in favor of enemy team. Third, naix and storm were staying fountain while I was doing at least something useful for a team, what did you want me to do to go in 1v4???????

Man I play FURION, I have a 20 sec cd GLOBAL TELEPORT. If I'm AT FOUNTAIN or somewhere else - doesnt mean Im AFK/GRIEFING/REFUSING TO DEFEND, means - IM LOOKING FOR WHERE TO TELEPORT. Now, if 1 allie thats trying to defend in 56:23 game to enemys favour goes out alone and tries to defend, especially if he is not tank - its not my problem. I rather wait for everyone to revive and go to defend then. Its the only way to turn tables around !!!!!!!!!!!

Like come on, watch the whole game, thats my GAME STYLE!!!!!! I spent 1/3 of game at the fountain maybe, but thats not against the rules!!!! I was getting my farm like others, look how many times I teleported to help team, thats just how a pro plays furion. At the end we were just getting more and more owned, and there was less and less good action. Mostly mates were suiciding 1 by 1.

Do not ruin the game on purpose: Do not go away from keyboard for an excessive amount of time, especially without telling other players beforehand, and/or refuse to play the game in an attempt to ruin it. Neither are you allowed to grief by resetting the afk timer.

1st, I never went away from "keyboard", I never had any attempts to "ruin" the game. I was never resetting any "afk timers", I never wrote any "griefing phrases" in chat, was among the most active players in team. This brown was just a new account, with 4/0 W/L and like 25/1 K/D. That game he got owned and he decided to take his anger on us and you bought his bull. I swear thats what happened.

Either time you accuse me of afk and refuse to defend - brown was dead (me and brown were key players in team). We were getting owned that game (end score around 56:23). It is stupid/dumb/ridiculous to go defend with one of your best players dead in such a game, enemies had TONNES OF DPS. I was playing furi, you saying I just go suicide or what???? Im not even saying again about my 20 sec global tp, which means I could be anywhere, any time. If team decided to defend top, and im bot - doesnt mean im refusing to def. chat and game are different things, dg was griefing from start, but he participated in game. Yes I typed FF once, when I saw that game was surely lost and enemies were fountain farming. Its not against the rules, KS not against the rules (and 80% of my kills are not KS).

Just stop making things up, enemy didnt fountain farm. chat and game are linked because the chat tells exactly what you were saying and doing at that time where i said please defend and i would report non defenders then you said (51:05 / Allied) furion[k:d]: report me , no ks is not against the rules but you ks to play for k/d and because you play only for kills you wouldnt defend incase you got killed and not defending is against the rules which u did on at least 2 occasion in this game , dg wasnt griefing he was flameing and he has been banned for that.

The problem you have is rather then hold your hands up and say sorry and it wont happen again which probaly would of had ban reduced or something .but instead you keep making up lies excuses and try to justify what you did and even go as far as blaming beer not watching replays but i have been here many years and beer always watchs replays and his review is spot on. blameing everyone else for your actions will not work.

That will get you banned for failure to defend and afk/grief. Clearly, afk does not imply you were physically away from your keyboard. Game ruin is a term that is applied to include a variety of actions, such as afk, item sale, item destruction. It doesnt necessarily mean a player "ruined the game", nor is intent always required. For example, someone that goes afk at fountain for an unexpected visitor or something, is still going to get banned for afk/game ruin, when there clearly was no intent involved.
