I don't know why I was banned?

Realm/Gateway: eAST
Why are you banned: RANGE BAN
Why you should be unbanned: I have no idea what that means or why I was banned. I did not leave any games last night. I played one ENT Element TD and lost....

Looks like you were caught in a rangeban. To get this sorted out, I'd appreciate it if you would answer the questions below:

  • Provide a list of all your previous accounts you've used on ENT.
  • What games do you play on ENT?
  • When was the last time you played on ENT?

    Can you please explain why you're using Avast VPN/Proxy services?

    We do not allow the use of VPN/Proxy services.

    Well this is going to sound really stupid... but I didn't know I was.... I'll have to figure out how to turn that off.... I'm assuming it was part of my antivirus package...

    AVG? I just saw it... it was part of a package. I have turned it off... Sorry... I'm clueless about that stuff.

    That is correct, once you've disabled the VPN/Proxy services you should have no further issues with regards to joining ENT Games. Your accounts are not currently banned, but the VPN/Proxy that you're using is.

    I will leave this topic open until you've confirmed that you're fine playing games.

    *Edit*

    The IP was noted "AVAST Software s.r.o." as the supplier. This is a known VPN/Proxy service.

    *Edit #2*

    Seems Avast owns AVG, and could very well be the program supplying the VPN.
