My appeal have been denied for what?

I dont even know why you said I tried to dodge my ban.

I have been banned a lot of time and I cant change my IP neither I do not know how to do.

Because I am traveling, I might logged using other IP adress because I am traveling few times out of my city.

So I guess I know what happened:

You ban me for like 2 weeks or I do not know
While I was ban, I traveled to Baie-Comeau like 550 Km from my home
At this place, I played dota while banned
But How could I know that I was still ban? Do you really think that I am using a calendar to know when I can play and when I cant?

Think about that..... if I knew how to change my IP, I wont write you becaise I would have changed my IP and create a new user name

Isnt it enough honest to you? For godsake.....1 year ban because I traveled and I might have played during the ban session.... woow what an offense eh?
