Can you download the reconnection tool for your brother's computer? GProxy DLL++ is easy to set up and the instructions is in there to help you, if needed.

Once you finish setting it up, launch your WC3, go to the magnifying glass and select the gateway to gproxy when you are connecting to battle.net.

Post back when you are done, and I'll unban you.
