I am willing to offer a 3 week no dodge period.
If you agree to a no dodge period of 3 weeks, we will proceed from the date of your response. Once the three weeks have passed by, you may create a new appeal. This will trigger a background check, and if you're found to have abided by the 3 week no dodge period, you can be potentially unbanned.

Really a very odd thing to propose, but I'm not going to ask any questions since it made the last person really upset. Yes, I'll agree to your terms.
