Why you should be unbanned : After hearing Falenga's explanation I understand how it is still ghosting and i had the wrong behavior I was just frustrated early game, I made a mistake by not understanding that is ghosting. And techies ended up doing good and placed a lot of mines so I shouldn't have said anything bad to him.

Thanks @beerlord and it won't happen again, please allow me to play i will try to help players with positive advice from now on and I 100% understand the ghosting rule now that was a honest mistake

Judging by his response, i could almost bet your vk was even abusive, but you end up ghosting that he had no mines (and you dind't need to say that, to confirm if he was indeed afk), so your first offense begins there;

Altho the flaming wasn't excessive, it was uncalled and not rly necessary -> Adding to the fact you got a colourful ban history, i can see why Falenga decided to include it in the brq (considering you were toxic)

PS: He doens't rly have to warn you (would be nice perhaps), but it's your responsability to play according to the rules, and judging by your appeal, the ban seems correct and appropriate

I understand now, but I really don't have a colorful ban history. Since playing on ENT for 4 years over 5000 games, i have very few bans and most are for minor things, I didn't mean to ghost to negatively effect our team

Well techies was AFK for like 2 mins and had no mines at the time, so I was confused and trolls are very common on ent. My apologies, he ended up playing very well.

As for the flame it wasn't excessive enough to be banned, he could have ignored me. I've seen racism spammed and reported it and no bans were issued...

Please unban, won't happen again. we won easily I was 10/3/22 score. Falenga was 8/5/7. Looks like he played solo and refused to help most of the game so he should be banned if anything

Well, without evidence can't rly comment that (tbh i havent seen racism going unpunished, but could be wrong - mb something minor and not enough to warrant a ban? dunno)

And you could have asked techies what he was doing, instead of vk'ing him directly You ghosting that info could have caused a different impact (as they knew at that point there were no mines).

Anyways, im pretty sure @Falenga will ask you to check the wiki, read/copy the rules, and ask for a compromise on your side that such situations won't happen again (Yes, flaming exists, and we all do it at some point, but i'm sure you can tone it and avoid it Ghosting on the other hand is a nono, so that should definitely be avoided)

@zeratul Ok thanks I really didn't even know that was considered ghosting, because i didn't give any location of team mates. I was just frustrated that techies had no mines up and went afk. I'm used to a lot of game ruiners, and i had several throwers in the previous game. So i was probably more annoyed than usual ( But techies AFK was brief, and he started playing really well when he came back)

So my apologies for that, will be more careful in the future.

You were toxic to techies and myself the whole game for no reason. You forced techies to ignore you half way through and i don't blame him.

As for myself, i can handle/ignore childish behavior such as yours, which is why i chose not to ignore you.

However, just because there is an ignore function, doesn't mean you are allowed to act like you did, forcing your team to ignore you. What kind of communication do you expect when half your team has you on ignore? It should be common sense.

About my gameplay, i was simply tired of your gameplay. All you did was steal/last hit kills. So, no, i won't tank for you so you can last hit with dagon. But that's another story, and if you believe i broke a rule, you should report me.

Finally, the rule clearly states "Do not ghost by leaking information to your enemies/opponents." Your team's location is not the only information unavailable to your enemies, so anything new you can share with them is ghosting.

You are right I am sorry i got frustrated very easily that game, because i had throwers in a earlier game today. I do apologize for being to quick on insulting but I didn't even know it was excessive. He ended up playing very well and i gave him compliments once he started mining nicely.

Also i really didn't even think about it that was ghosting I never purposely do that. I am just so used to game ruiners and he went afk briefly with no mines up. I honestly didn't mean to KS at all that game, it's just my spells have high damage. i also had 22 assists and was warding both sides of the map, i tried pushing creeps in every lane best i could. I will not ghost again though that was clearly my mistake and i didn't understand that was ghosting, sorry

1. Falenga was not abusing his powers.
2. He did not ban you because you told him to tank as pudge.
3. He did not ban you for calling him noob.

@beerlord Ok sorry i honestly was confused on that rule so I didn't think it was bannable i was just frustrated early game. Now I understand what i did was still considered ghosting. And techies actually did really good after i said he had no mines he planted them everywhere, I even said to him he did a good job so i shouldn't have called him bad. Won't happen again

It was a different situation in regards to techies not having mines i didn't mean for it to negatively effect our team.
I understand how it is still considered ghosting now. please unban as i enjoy this game a lot, i won't do that again

@tyler11 I am still not buying it - how can telling the other team that techies has not planted any mines be acceptable and NOT ghosting? It literally CHANGES the game - people don't have to be as careful about where they go on the map, etc. You have a history of lying in appeals - see your past dodging ban.

You were also banned for being toxic and flaming (not the first time for you) - you also have not addressed this yet.

Also, you have a history of accusing mods (particularly Falenga) of having issues - when you were banned for dodging and again here. Both are incredibly clear-cut issues - you need to prove to us that your behaviour will be different going forward. What will you do in future in scenarios such as the game that you were banned for, and in appeals in future? What do you think the reasonable thing for us to do going forward if you are banned again?

@Amnon Honestly the ghosting wasn't to give advantage to other team, techies went afk for a couple mins after dying and he had no mines up. And I assumed he was just gonna grief so it was more explaining the situation. Luckily he came right back and started playing well. In the future i won't rush to blame team mates. And i understand now that is still ghosting. I will try to help and offer advice from now on, and if I get banned again then I won't make an appeal. I have re-read the rules again so I understand them all 100% now
