Why are you banned: I had to use a certain VPN service and apparently, there was a range ban on it.
Why you should be unbanned: Did not break any gaming rules, this is my only gaming ID here. I also play only player-hosted games on ent and none [ENT] games. If possible, I'd like my only ID to be in the safe zone or something because I have to use that VPN service for the next 2-3 weeks. The username on the ban message in game was rangeban and not my username. Thanks!
Edit: As I am currently on the move, I had been switching between hotel services and mobile data and noticed that the rangeban was affecting my mobile internet provider as well since the admin names are different.

About 3 days ago, from my usual log in location. It was a player hosted map called ZAF.

Thanks for the update. For the VPN, it was because the public wifis provided during travelling were unsecured. When I switched to my mobile data so I did not need a VPN, it was blocked too with a different TID but both IDs blocked state rangeban.
For my mobile data, the TID is 123208 found under viewtopic.php?f=24&t=123126&p=478467&hilit=123208#p478467 and I have no idea who that is nor do I play DOTA.
At home, which is my usual log in location, I can play without problems and I was playing from home for the past 3 days.
I think it's fine if I can't use a VPN as long as I can access this on my mobile for light gaming on the move.

I have removed the range ban on your mobile's ISP from all our bots. It's now applied only on Dota & LTD, which you mentioned you do not play.
If you run into any further issues, please create a new appeal.
