Why are you banned: tk
Why you should be unbanned: I did not tk as all lanes were leaking because of the game mode chosen I stated that I wanted to draw but of course no one voted in my favor I didn't have a chance to build so we decided to cross and I was going to go pusher without specifying the game mode in time. Please be sure as to when a user reports someone you do a full look into the matter as I do not know the procedures you guys use to ban people. also if you are going to ban people because of leaking and considering that a tk then all would be banned considering its a game based on who leaks and if that is not the case then I would like come clarification on that if would be so kind. but three days ban when i initially reported the offender in that game and you ban him, how is that someone reports me in that game when I am the initial reporter for something I did not do or intend to do.

You refused to build lvl 1, because of the gamemode.
Refusing to build lvl 1 obviously counts as tk, if you dont play with ur lanepartner to cross.

Even if red would have announced nothing and goes for some weird random mode, you are not allowed to refuse playing.
If players dont wanna draw, thats not against the rules, and you have to make the best out of it.

Just cuz somebody murders your parents (red) that doenst allow you to murder his and the ones of your other teammates.

So its a big mistake for one to assume something going on the little information that was provided. SLSGunnter that is not what happened which is even crazier to see that I got reported after the one who reported me was the one that told me to play on, so I did and we crossed and I went pusher. Mind you the whole reason I could not build was because among-st the confusion of the game mode chosen and the in game chat that was taking place as to why it was not announced in time and the person that I reported even confessed that I did not build until round 2 which would prove my statement so saying tk is a stretch and the player that was purple at the time agreed to cross even thou odds were against us that game as all lanes were leaking but I Actual don't feel like wasting my time nor any one else's time so it is what it is. also no malice is intended from me at all during that game, my complaint was genuine to the rule that were broken on the other hand the reason i got banned deserves some further investigation as I feel it was unjust and uncalled for as the same person that said continue and play and to just report after the game was over was the initial reason I reported. on another note if i was tk wouldn't they just vote kick me to stop me from leaking if that was the case.

Rest assured, I did take a full look into the matter. Maybe you should have taken a look at the ban request + the replay yourself before posting your appeal.
