I disagree the ban placed on me by @ben_t

I was banned for being away from my keyboard, and refusing to play the game according the the ban request filed against me.

"Do not go away from keyboard for an excessive amount of time, especially without telling other players beforehand, and/or refuse to play the game in an attempt to ruin it. Neither are you allowed to grief by resetting the afk timer."

As I stated in my defense in the ban request thread, I never left my keyboard in the game in question. I built a shelter in a spot with 2 escapes, and simply harvested lumber with my main builder until I died. I did not make any workers. I only tried to get gold once. I did not build a hunter. BUT I did not go afk, nor did I leave the game early.

"In regards to seto, it's not possible to prove that he int sui'd in the first game when he waas mag. He was running away from the mound in an attempt to survive. However, with the second game, seto afked in a seed near the mound (dangerous) for the entire game (about 7 minutes). He built a shelter and lumbered there the entire time and didn't play the game. For refusal to play the game, seto@uswest is banned 4 days. Processing."

Ben outlined all of this in his judgement, even noting that it took a mere 7 minutes for the ENTIRE GAME to end. As you can see quite clearly by looking at this replay, I deemed that the game was spiraling out of control in the titan's favor, and simply opted to not "try my hardest". I've seen multiple ban requests pertaining to this game for stalling out games when the titan has clearly won, and figured that I might as well save him some effort by not putting up as big of a fight as possible.

If admitting defeat when it seems inevitable is an offense worthy of a ban, then I suppose this ban is justified. However, I also am detecting a bit of favoritism in this case, considering the ban was submitted by a member of the Island Defense Discord channel, on request of another member of said channel, and approved by a mod who frequently visits and plays Island Defense with these discord channel players. I am asking for a second opinion on this ban, I feel I broke no rules, and have been punished unfairly.

You see, part of the afk rule is also a rule for refusal to play. You didn't play the game, you just sat there and watched which you admitted to in the brq,

Secondly, I reiterate, I was not afk in the rad game. I sat in my seed (which has 2 exits) and watched the pub stomp unfold. Building workers and amassing even 20k lumb wouldn't have changed the outcome of the game.

You're basically saying you took a spot as a builder just to watch "the pub stomp unfold." Not sure if you know this, but the titan has a stream. If you really wanted to watch the game, you could have easily just looked at his stream rather than being a player who didnt feed him anything except for dying because you remained in the same place the entire game.
You 'deemed' that the game was spiraling out of control from minute one when u went to that seed and never summoned any workers. I started the replay, saw you running to that seed and immediately thought oh I wouldnt go there to start with rad and summon my workers. Oddly enough, neither would you as you just ran there, placed a shelter, and pretty much did nothing for the rest of the game until you died. Not playing the game from the start in an attempt to not stall is just making trying to use another rule as an excuse for you not playing the game. And you died 7 minutes into the game, that just means you weren't playing for 7 minutes.
Also, if you seriously think I like lordmillt, you're very wrong. I don't show favoritism to friends.

Just banned a friend on the Island Defense Discord. Did I like doing it, no, but he broke a rule(s).

Furthermore, considering the extended amount of time you weren't playing, the ban should have been another day in my opinion. I thought I was being generous with that, but I guess you think otherwise.

Pretty sure it's established by 600+ games that you don't play radioactive by sitting in a seed with your builder, afk or not.

Consider this your second review - It's valid. Don't bullshit any further.

That way, I can ensure another rule-violation by you, caused by not-knowing the rules, will not happen again. After linking me to the rules, I expect you to have read them. Cooperating will have a positive effect on your ban duration.

Following this - I'd like you to note what you did was wrong, because it was and it isn't up to you to deem whether a game is unplayable or not. If you don't want to play vs a specific player, then leave the lobby.

Interesting. Well it seems that you don't want to follow our procedures, nor does it seem that you are willing to admit that you did anything wrong. Therefore I think you can wait out the remainder of you ban.
