banned for no reason by Beerlord, can someone else check this replay please ?

Why are you banned: because i asked to be votekicked after my teammate tryed to vk me for twice
Why you should be unbanned:
because i didn't ruin any game, i got fucked in my lane, so i went in wood to farm, my teammate necro started to flame and try to vk me, when he did it second time, i asked in ALL channel to people vk me, and then i'll submit him for vk abuse

1 ) i never lied about any rule : i said that it was vk abuse when i asked people to accept his votekick
2 ) i didn't ruin the game of any one
3 ) beerlored banned me for no reason as show the ban, he did it because he was angry i didn't listen to his " STFU " like if i was his dog
4 ) my teammate tryed to vk for twice while i was doing my best to be usefull in lategame as Phantom Lancer should be, bara never charged top, no one ever came to help us, i tryed to do my best, and in fact, we can see that it's brown who wanted to ruin my game by voteckicking me, he wanted to hurt me and when i anwsered back i got banned ?
5 ) beerlord lied about rules and insulted me by asking me to " stfu " which is language abuse for no reason, and saying that i cant ask to be votekicked while there is not such a rule, if there is, can someone link it to me please ?

it would be fair if it was someone else than this admin called beerlord

I asked you to stfu because you were being a troll in the game, as you are here. Also, I did not say you cant ask to be votekicked, I said if you asked to be votekicked, then when you came to the forums to post a ban request for votekick abuse, which you stated you intended to do, I told you that it would be denied because you asked for it to happen. You were then banned and kicked because you were afk farming, pouting, and not cooperating with your team mates. But hey, dont let the truth get in the way of your trolling.

Another moderator can look at this, as you have requested.

What is the troll in asking people to accepte a votekick in order to get the othor of the votekick submited for his action ? I didn't asked for a votekick.
That's the difference, i didn't want to trap him. HE started his votekick, i just asked people to accept it. I wasn't looking to annoy of any people i asked, the only one who i wanted to annoy was the one who already wanted to kick me for no reason.

Then, what is the troll in posting a ban appeal ? being against you isn't trolling, i think you should accept this. You are not our lord, you are not omniscient. So please try to dont forget it when you're talking to people.

Now best part :

Explain me what is afk farming ? Because, being afk, and farming is not same thing. You played dota i guess ? How you win a game ? By farming. Then you know that there are different kind of heros ? You know pl ? i'll explain you Pl ...

There are 3 phase in game : early - middle - late
Phantom lancer can really impact game in early game, and late game. Early, due to his first spell doing a lot of dmg, with a short cd. And in late game, by using the number of his illusions improved with all his items farmed.

in middle game, Pl spells doesn't enough dmg to be that efficient, and, he doesn't have enough items to make his illu usefull. During middle phase, Phantom lancer must farm as hell.

Now about our game : i got total fucked in early game by techies, i couldn't farm a single shit. So ? What s the effect of this ? because of the fail in early game, i was more useless than an usual PL in middle phase game.

So was that being afk/ruining to farm in wood ? No. Absolutly not. And as we can see in replay, i was starting to get good items, and i even nearly killed Spectre when i was TRYING TO HELP my teamate in lane.

So, did my action of farming in wood deserve being kicked and banned ? I dont think so, but i would like you to explain me how it is, if it is for you.

For real ? Did you even looked the replay ? Do you have any proof of what you're saying ? because i'll ive you hundred of time i cooperate with my team, even when i was in wood farming.

How can you even say that, while in my team, nobody came to help my lane during more than 15 min ? Bara didn't even charged once top.

So maybe only i must cooperate ? i dont understand explain me.

And explaining means you have to quote timer from the replay so i can go check what you are talking about.

Because i would you to remember ONE LITTLE thing ... You are saying all of this ... But ... how could you kick me in game ? because 2 guys said you i was afk, which i wasn't, it was enough for you to kick someone from a game ?

I want you to show me the rules allowing you to do so ? To kick someone from a game, you must be sure that he's ruining the game. And you had absolutly 0 clue about this, because i was totally playing and doing my best to win this game. I wasn't fedding on purpose, i wasn't sending pets to feed, i wasn't being afk .... you just kicked me because you WANTED to kick me (and yes, sometime, dont listening everybullshit said by his team mate is more cooperating than listening him and loosing, i'm not here to listen people for no reason, i play this game for more than 10 years, i know what to do, when to listen when to not , so who are you to ask me to listen some newbies orders ?)

We can see that he just locked my appeal aithout any reason, i wasn't even flaming, he was just too lazy to check facts.

So he prefered to lie, and to lock, because censure is always the best thing to do when we're wrong right beerlord ?

And to add, not being in a team fight for 15 min isn't a reason for a live ban. You can do at lot of things in dota. Like wooding, laning etc. As show the replay, i wasn't even only in wood, i went on lane when it was enough secure for me to farm a bit.
When you are a 0 / 5 / 0 Phantom lancer, your game doesn't go the same way you when you are 5 / 0 / 5.

And again, i add one more time : AFK FARMING doesn't mean a lot, because dota is based on farming. And if someone look this replay really, he'll see that my farming was good, and not ruinging the game. I ruined more the game by dying 6 times than in being in wood for 10 min.

here's the best part : ignorant ? egotistic ? troll ? Who are you to talk this way to someone you dont know ? Maybe dealing with tards make you think everyone is a tard, but this is not the case. And you're the one who's ignorant if you're thinking that.

i never insulted you before, so dont insulte me. I only asked for a fair jugement. And you're not giving it to me by locking my appeal with your wrong statements.

Add to this, after the ban in game (which was 1 day i think), you added several days of ban after my ban appeal. What does it mean ? My asking to be judged again by someone else is a reason to make you add some days on my ban ?
Or maybe you were that sure i was ruining games on your bot, that you felt necessary to grow the ban ?

Anyway, i am really disapointed that a staff member leaks so much respect, and do what ever he wants, by forgoting, like some wize man said " that this is a volunteer job ", so people are here to help players, not ban them while you obviously see (or not if you didn't watch the replay ..).

I didn't want to post this in the Complaints section because we're old enough to relax and think really about what happened. If it's better in that section, i can move it, just tell me.

And sorry if this is too long, but it's important to look for shades, it's not all black or all white, so one sentence couldnt be enough.

You never leave top lane/jungle once the entire game. You are clearly having a bad game with 6 deaths and sit in jungle farming for 10+ minutes afterwards. I don't think you were trying to win this game.

I don't like your attitude on this appeal or in game. You seem far more interested in reporting your teammates than playing Dota. This is supposed to be a conversation about what you could do in the future to prevent this from happening again.

Beerlord's kick may have been somewhat premature. I would've watched this game and issued bans afterwards, but I think the ban is valid.
