Why are you banned: not sure but i left the lobby when there was timer around 3sec but it made me stay in game and droped immediately after i loaded map
Why you should be unbanned:because i didnt know about a bug that you cant leave lobby when there are less than 3-5 sec and then it dropping you after map load, i would play the game normally if i wouldn't be dropped

@STEVENS0N97 You have to leave a few seconds early, you left too late, which caused you to not leave the lobby, and went in the loading screen.
