Why are you banned: For votekicking/drawabuse
Why you should be unbanned: Because, in the game where i did this, (lobby). I asked 2 times "gm?" and "what is gm?" refering to the gamemode. I got the responds "[stefan289]: default
[SoNumb]: -phgmcbnm
[m40digg1]: normal"
Now, i only read the very first responds being "default" so i was like "okay" and tapped into another window while waiting for the game to start.
To make this point short, i feel like i was being misinformed about the gm (even tough, i should probably have waited more than a few secs after the first respond before alttapping) and thereby, was under the assumption that the gm was wrong, which other people stated when the game started, and seeing "Red" type in another gamemode than what i was "told" (seeing as i only saw 1 responds when i checked) Which is why i typed "!yes" in the votekick. Further more, for the drawabuse. Both my (excluding Red) and the enemy team agreed on a draw (Not sure if this is a valud arguement or not, but ill type it anyways).

It is your responsibility to check the lobby, so you don't miss out on anything, and there was no legit reason to draw since SoNumb (red) announced the mode in the lobby chat.

The general rules that i got banned for is:
Do not abuse votekick, !draw, or !ff.
This got 2 sub sections, the 1 i broke of these where:
Drawing is a mere vote and not mandatory. You must have a legitimate reason to draw: for example, a player has left the game, or the mode was unannounced. (In this case, i both votekicked and did a Draw)
Also, sorry for the late responds, i didnt get an email about a reply to this appeal so i was thinking it hadnt been looked on yet.
