unban hotCoffee

Postby possum » Thu Jan 03, 2019 1:59 am

Your Warcraft III username: hotCoffee
Realm/Gateway: entConnect
Why are you banned: draw abuse?
https://entgaming.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=139175&hilit=hotcoffee
Why you should be unbanned:
I wasn't really aware of what was going on, I'm still new to this whole ent / legion thing. A bunch of people were saying to !draw, so to be nice, I did draw.
I was not one of the guys Quetra was threatening with bans for draw abuse, I just unknowingly aided their draw abuse. Sorry - I honestly don't care what mode we play, just thought it was appropriate to draw because so many people had already.
Now I'll know for the future that drawing over game mode isn't allowed.

Can I be unbanned please? I didn't understand the rule I was breaking, and was just trying to keep everyone in the game happy.

@possum

If you go to the wiki and find the rule you were banned for and copy and paste it here, I will unban you. Need to be sure you have read and understood the rules.

It's the first rule on the wiki, which I admittedly did not read before:
Do not abuse votekick, !draw, or !ff.

Drawing is a mere vote and not mandatory. You must have a legitimate reason to draw: for example, a player has left the game, or the mode was unannounced.
To !ff the game must evidently be lost.
