PLZ read this topic and tell me why ban

Why you should be unbanned: ok first of all , i didn't know that he announced the mode before timer started, i was in bathroom . and when the game started , after i saw the mode , i asked if he announced the mode and everyone said no. i waited until everyone else draw and then as a last person i draw. i waited more then 1-2 min to draw. i even ask if we draw it before i even typed ! draw. i didn't know what they have talked in lobby and i didn't want to get draw abuse ban.

and finally plz read this post below , bcs this happening me sec time in 3 days without even doing anything wrong. and last time same thing happened, the guy who waited to draw last didn't get ban . we even talked a lot about this with querta . I'm tired of getting banned bcs of other players.

yes exactly what iam saying . i had no idea what was going on in game . i asked many times if we draw or not after i saw the mode . waited 2 min before even draw. and i am getting banned for no reason. do admins even read the chat or control it , I'm not even sure anymore. getting banned twice in 3 days with same draw abuse which i have no control over it is really unfair. 3 days ago i didn't appeal for a ban request bcs i thought i did something wrong and then i talked with quetra and have learned what to do and by doing what he says and im getting ban again ..is this look fair to you seriously??

if its 2 times in 3 days you should be lucky only getting one day. my 2nd ff abuse was 8 days.

i got banned 2 times unfairly ... i don't care if its 1 day or 1 year or 10 years . if this is a fair community game platform , admins have to act fairly to everyone.
even in the first ban i didn't do ban appeal bcs i thought i did something wrong which i didn't but i said ok , i can do what the admin says and wait for everyone to draw first.
and this time i waited until everyone draw even waited long enough and asked many times . i had no idea what u talked in lobby before me or did u even talk about the mode. and this time i did everythign right and i get banned again ???

does this look fair to you ??

what should i had to do ??? wait 1 hour until i draw and waste everyone else's time and piss off everyone in game ?? just to be sure not to get draw abuse ban ????

well i can say this for sure . if this ban stays , and admins think this is a fair ban regarding my situation in game. i leave this platform right now to not return ever again. ill not take this ban kindly twice over again. learn to be fair to everyone . u cannot punish someone in game bcs of other 6 players does some shit. ill never ever accept this ban.

u break in a bank with your gang. u held hostage the bank manager and tell him to open the vault or he is going to die . the guy goes open the vault and ur gang steals the money. now with your logic , the bank manager should also be prosecuted with the rest of the gang members for stealing the money bcs he helped them open the vault???

as in my situation , if i dont draw the game when everyone elses did , and waste others time i get banned for draw abuse. but if i wait to the last person and everyone else make me force to draw the game , i still get banned . so there is no way for me here to not get banned here bcs of other players???

It's your job to keep an eye out in the lobby for mode calls. If you were afk/tabbed whatever the case, then it's your own fault. But as far as the rules are concerned, you violated such. Draw isn't meant to be used simply because you don't like the mode.

Please link me the general rules and the game specific rules of the game(s) you got banned in, and highlight the specific rule(s) you believe you violated.
You can find them on our wiki.

That way, I can ensure another rule-violation by you, caused by not-knowing the rules, will not happen again. After linking me to the rules, I expect you to have read them. Cooperating will have a positive effect on your ban duration.

i could be afk or away or whatever reason and if i did not like the mode and i draw for that , yes u are right .

but in this situation i asked many times did he announce the mode , 5 ppl said no he didn't , i asked again if we draw and no one answered. then asked again if i should draw bcs i didnt want to get draw abuse ban and no one answered again. i waited almost 2 min after everyone did draw and i still didn't get any answers. and finally i had to draw to not waste other ppl time . so what should i had to do ? just wait 1 hour to draw while everyone is waiting my draw vote as the last person and piss everyone off ????

and u still really think i broke the rules and abused the system, plz tell me your honest opinion and if you still think that way , this is my last post here and i leave this community right now. i cannot accept such unfairness ...

You violated a general rule of ENT by using the !draw command for an invalid reason.

The mode was announced in the lobby and was visible before the countdown for all 8 players to see.

Yes, I'm quite certain you broke the rules. If you choose to leave our community over a 24 hour ban for drawing a game because you didn't enjoy the mode, so be it. If you want to move forward in the appeal however, you will follow the instructions I listed above.

jesus , i had no problem with the mode or any mode ! i was gonna play it. i asked only if he did announce and ppl said no. so i thought they are right bcs 5 ppl told me he did not announce . i had to draw after 2 min bcs everyone else was waiting for my vote to draw to go the next game . i was FORCED to draw !!! should i just kept quiet and piss off everyone else really?? this is what u saying ??

Forced to draw? No one forces you to do anything. That's part of the reason I want you to follow my instructions in my initial post so you can have a better clarity on the exact rule you broke.

you are responsible for your own decision with vote kick, draw, and ff.

and i bet if you copyed the link and pasted the rule merex would have unbanned you by now lol
