Why you should be unbanned: For some reason when i try to join a game it says that i'm banned for a year, and it says that i'm banned since 30.1.2019, but i played without any problems last few days. i'm banned on michonne account, and if i try to make another account, im also banned on those, but if i try to play on 6(o.o)9 account, everything is fine and i can join a game. Also in the last few days when i tried to join a game i would get that range ban screen in the lobby but then i would rejoin and everything would be fine. Now i can't join at all, only on account 6(o.o)9. I didn't do anything ban worthy.

Can someone please look into why I'm included in this range ban? Thank You.
