Why are you banned: excessive flaming
Why you should be unbanned: I was just responding to harassment from other players, who were calling me trash and bad player for no reason and pinging on me just for healing at fountain as if I was afk or something. Should be noted one of these players did the techie repick. Isn't that against the rules? So I told them off and then ignored. Why should I be banned for that? They started it. I just told him off and ignored him. Then he cries to the admin? I'm not the one who was out of line. So just because it's easier to read the thread rather than watch the game and see what was going on he leads admin to cherry pick one piece of text without taking it into context. Just like he tried to cherry pick by waiting for me to heal fully at fountain, then ping on me as if I was there just afk or something when I wasn't to try to turn team against me. If anyone should be banned it's Maistan for planting mines with techie then repicking then flaming at me first. You don't pick a fight then when someone talks back act like they are the one who is out of line. That's wrong. Maistan and Overstacked were the ones flaming at me, talking at me all game harassing me, I wasn't the one doing it to them.

I wasn't in this game, but I was surprised to see you reported. Generally you're a cool guy to play with and I've played with you many times. There's always the general trashtalking, but nothing out of the ordinary. But some of the things you've said in this game is out of line regardless of context.

This would be an example. Calling people noobs, idiots, etc.. is one thing, saying something like this is another. The other thing mods ban for flaming is any insults towards someone's family such as mother or sister, etc... or wishing cancer or other curses on players, etc... Those are all no no.

You already ignored the 2 players, why did you go out of your way to unignore them just to flame?

Anyways, blaming the mods is also inappropriate. They're simply doing their job and it is not their job to watch through the whole game in every BRQ. The look over timestamps reported and some require some more indepth watching. However, in instances of flaming, what you say is what you're being banned for so only the text matters. You were reported, the evidence provided and they were excessive and you were given a standard ban.

If you believe those people have flamed you just as badly or did something worthy of ban, you have to post your own BRQ and timestamp the offenses.

I don't go out of my way to try to ban people over petty stupid shit. I'm not blaming the moderator they don't have time to watch the details of everything unless it's specified. Yes I flamed back at them because they pissed me off by flaming me first. But that was that. People do it all the time.

I'm not the one who just out of the blue started calling someone "trash" and "bad player," they were. What THEY did was flaming. They did it to me first. But I can give it right back to them, I don't insult someone then cry to the admin like what they did. You see what this is about? They pick a fight, I fight back, then because of that I am getting the ban, and it's because the admins have a more easily readable chunk of text to judge it on, but it's out of context.

If someone pushed you on the street and then you pushed them back you aren't the one who should be punished for it. And only total POS would go cry to the police about getting pushed when they were the one who pushed first. You get it now?

I don't think you understand what the real problem is. If you flame someone excessively regardless of what they did to you, you will be banned. None of what he did excuses you from telling someone to kill themselves in real life and to also insult their family members. I've played with you before and have experienced similar negative behavior that is conducive to our rules.

Seeing as you are trying to play the victim here instead of acknowledging what you wrote and how it is distasteful, I don't see a reason to approve this appeal.
