Why are you banned: VK abuse caused by the opponent team
Why you should be unbanned: Because i already had my doubts if i should votekick Furion (MasterKiller) or not. I didnt vote in the first two votes as far as i remember. Then the opponent team told us he was ruining cause he was dying all time doing teleport/dagon/lothars but he always been countered from dust etc. I still didnt vote for kick cause i wasnt sure if i have to. Didnt knew if he was trolling or he was just as bad as he was.

The reason made me voting was that the other team told our team that he was sold his items. The game was already almost at end cause the other didnt want to play at all and we were chatting about Furion. They said us he was selling his items and he was afk at fountain. Thats why i voted in the last votekick. I read the thread about this Ban issue and it wasnt easy to understand whats going on. And when we did the last attack i didnt saw Furion in any battle, so i thought "ok he sold his items stayed at fountain and now he chat accusing us for VK abuse".

I never been banned (expect in various cases like disconnecting 1-2 times) until now and i never push to VK abuse if there is a true reason of somebody ruin the game.

Did you have any evidence at all that I was selling items? I actually participated in a gank less than 60 seconds before you kicked me. If I lie in chat that someone from my team is itemselling - doesn't mean that everyone can vote !yes and only I will take the responsibility. You guys voted without any kind of confirmation of the information. No one tried to stop the vote.

I didnt vote against you at first. I had my doubts and even after you were kicked i told chat that your team were insulting you. I was telling them your point of view exactly because i wasnt 100% sure if you were trolling or not. I decide to kick only when they said you sold your items. It was when the game was already lost when we raxed and was over anyway. I didn saw you in the last 1-2 battles, your team said that you sold your items, so i assumed you were afk fountain. Thats why i vote. I remember you told us you gonna post this and report all of us for VK abuse but i thought it was fine if i kick someone who was afk fountain the last minutes with no items. At least that was the story from my point of view.

When the game was over and you were at fountain, with your teammates accusing you of item selling and when you didnt show up in the lasts battles. You were arguing with us and your team. I supposed you sold all of your items and wait for the game to end. Thats why i vote at the end of the game in the last votekick and not at start. And after i wrote my doubts and your point of view in the chat, just to inform everyone of your argument. I was the only one who wrote about you and thats the fact. The replay is there and the mods can see all. Its ok if i am banned for this reason. I ll accept it. But its unfair, cause you man died every 30 secs with the same way so we couldnt understand if you were doing this on purpose or not. Plus the game was over and your teammates told us you sold your items. Then you stopped fighting and stay at fountain. So what did you expect of us to understand ?

Ultrakill I really think you shouldn't be weighing in on all of these appeals, it's a moderator issue. You shouldn't be leading the conversation and they shouldn't be trying to explain themselves to you. Watching that replay I don't believe you were throwing, but I DO see how people could believe so especially with people whining and lying about you to get it passed.

I understand you are frustrated but most people are just trying to play the game and have fun. Don't let a few bad people who ruined the game and decided to lie color your view of others who were trying to make a fair game for others.

THREE times over a span of 30 minutes means he averaged 1 death per every ten minutes. The majority of you died more than three times. I am totally baffled as to which game you guys are projecting.

provide quotes/proof of what you are saying. The game lasted for 10-15 mins after i was kicked, and it ended in !ff. Don't see what you mean by the "game was over and I was at the fountain". You mean last minutes of the game after I already got kicked?

As you mentioned yourself, I was protecting that sissy earlier, by saying he tried to kill me and we shouldn't kick him. If I wanted to get rid off him I wouldn't say a word, but just kick him immediately.

I wrote about "destroying items" because I confused myself. Not because "I made it up". Actually I was surprised when I checked the chat yesterday. But I wanted to be fair player and you damn know it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but recently I played with a cocky guy. He said something like "I am astros, you dont want to mess with me"; "everybody knows puczi, worst 1300 elo noob". Was that really you and it's some kind of personal vengeance or someone was impersonating you?

1) I don't know what you're talking about but that wasn't me.

2) Your actions led to an UNFAIR result. Like you said, you confused yourself and stated that he destroyed items. So you kicked him for something he didn't do. That's !votekick abuse regardless of your intentions.

You were banned for two days - not three. Do you really understand why you are banned? You keep saying it was because of the misinformation from the other team but no one forced you to !votekick him based on that information. It's up to you to use that information and then decide whether or not to !votekick based on the legitimacy of it. As I've already stated, there was no evidence he sold his items or boots and yet, you kicked him. Imagine two of your teammates said you sold your items when you didn't and the other team all voted to kick you despite the fact you told them you didn't. Would you want them to be banned?

Exactly. You wanted to kick a supposed game ruiner, but in reality - you are all were game ruiners in that game except me. This is what happens. And the fact that there were 8 of you (game ruiners) - doesn't mean that you are majority and you are right. How can't you understand this.

@Astros Yes i understand what you are saying. Its fine, i dont agree with you 100% but ok, i dont say you are completely wrong. Its hard when you are playing and the chat log is full of !Votekick (player) blah blah blah and you continue playing but actually you cant play for real cause there is a lot of flame in the chat. You can recognize at least that i vote !yes in the last vote after pressure and because i didnt saw Furion in the battle the last 2-3 mins. All players were chatting and arguing and whining about the situation. Me and my teammates were in a situation of confusing and didnt knew what to do. The others accused Furion of trolling and item selling. Ok we werent sure 100% that he was selling his items. You are right. I told that in chat i had my doubts. How can i know if he sold 1-2 items ? i cant see his inventory every time! And after some minutes he stopped playing!
Nevertheless i even defend Masterkiller after. But i m telling you again. Its hard when you play and you have to be focused, and you see someone die -in a certain way- then chats argues, then dissapear at fountain telling us that he was gonna report us all. If you can understand the situation at that moment maybe you can understand what i am saying. Its the 1st time i m banned for VKabuse, i never reported anyone even if i could like 100 times
(i'm too old to post a replay ) and you can check if i am telling you bullshit or not. I dont make fake or new accs either. I am who i am and thats it.
