Range ban removal appeal

Why are you banned: I was banned for 2 days for leaving a game. Nothing I could really do since I had to leave. I was semi afking, because I had to help my gf with something I didn't expect to. The topic is here viewtopic.php?f=24&t=141537 Since I love playin this game I was bummed about it and made some random acc "bannedforleave" and now I am banned for ban dodging. I was not really aware of the rules for this and just made the acc to keep playing. The range ban has an TID 141562 , I don't have the permission to see it.
Why you should be unbanned: I should be unbanned, because I have never left the game on purpose to ruin the game. Some unexpected stuff happens and you sometimes just have to quit the game. As you can see, I have also quite a lot of games on my accounts before wc3connect and now during the wc3connect. I am also honestly writing about making the account, because I really enjoy playing the game. As you can see "bannedforleave" only has 2 games and I have not ruined any of them. Sometimes I have just left when there is nothing to do, for example leaking 100+ rage lvl 3 on lvl 17 with 1 heal left, just to go and start another game faster.

I believe having this range ban is not fair in this situation. I hope you can remove it so I can just continue having fun on the servers. Thanks!

I think you were full aware of the rules, seeing that u says u have been on ENT since before ENTConnect. You could have just made an appeal for the 2 days ban, easily reducing it to nothing considering the circumstances and reasons for your leave which i believe that admins would find very understandable. But instead u choose to dodge - and i think dodging is unfair.

Edit: Simply creating a new account wont bypass a ban, you also have to change ip to do that. Which i think is showing that you knew what you were doing.

I don't think it is unfair, if I had a reason to leave and then just wanted to play the game since I have been playing it for so long and enjoy it. By creating the new account I haven't harmed or made anyone's playing experience bad on the bot. I simply wanted to play and I don't think that deserves a range ban.

Edit: I understand if I purposely ruined games and then made new accs to ruin even more games it would definitely deserve even a lifetime ban.

You ruined a game, that is why you was banned in the first place. While it was intentionally or not doesnt change that fact.
I also cant see you showing the slightest regret nor do you admit fault. You choose to blame it on your girlfriend, saying ent's rules is unfair and that you just want to play. It is YOUR responsibility as a player to follow the rules, to stay in the game for the full duration. If you by any chance cant do that, then its very unfortunate and that happens - but you also have to pay for it.

How am I not admitting fault? I just said how things were, I am fully aware that I left the game? I even brought out your ban request topic and admitted to creating another acc to play? Also I'm not saying I don't deserve a ban at all, but 1 year definitely is not fair.

Giving an excuse for leaving is not the same as admitting fault. You make it sounds as if it is okay to leave if you have a reason. It is not.
Neither is dodging.

1 Year ban for dodging is most certainly very fair. You couldve gotten off easily with a 2 days (probably even less than 1 day if you made an appeal).

I'm not giving any excuses, I said my reason for leaving and that is it. I wasn't aware that there was a thread before the range ban. I am one of the more active people playing on this bot and to me it really seems unfair.

I get it you lost a game because I left. I've lost games because of someone leaving dozens of times as well.

Why you should be unbanned: I recently came back to wc3 and installed all this wc3connect etc, however I cannot join a single game on the bot. How can I be banned? As far as I know a range ban is banning a part of an ip so it will block all similar IPs?

First and foremost, why make a second forum account, only to try and trick us into giving you a whitelisted account. We can track your IPs, and you aren't being that sneaky.

Combined the appeals to make this easier.

You were fully aware that you were banned as you tried to join with isthisnewmeta and were prompted with a banned lobby screen noting that you were banned for leaving a game. You didn't appeal this ban, you instead swapped your IP within 2 minutes and were hit with another banned lobby screen. At this point you swapped your account for bannedforleave and were able to bypass your in-game ban, as you acknowledged your main account was banned and unable to play.

Since receiving this ban you've had a range of IP addresses and accounts join attempts that have failed. This includes your IP address for angelicprotect, so please don't try to fake us out when we know full well that it is you.

Now if you're going to lie about this further, the following deal will be null and void.

I am willing to offer a 3 week no dodge period. This means no playing on our bots/servers for 3 weeks without dodging the ban. If you're caught dodging, then the deal is null and void. Once the 3 weeks have passed, you can create a new appeal and we'll look into your ban to ensure you've not dodged. If you haven't dodged, you can be unbanned, allowing you access to our bots once more.

If you accept the above terms, the time will start from your reply.
