The range ban you were caught on was placed for another user, a ban dodger, and it was in no way an attempt to ban you specifically. You were just unfortunately caught into it.

The range ban was due to expire in a month, so i have removed it. This means you no longer need whitelisting, you should be good to go.

Keep in mind, the dodger is still banned for a month. In the rare case you roll one of his banned IPs, please let us know by linking to this appeal, and we will handle it. Don't worry tho, the chance of that happening is fairly slim.
