Why you should be unbanned: I didn't refuse to help. I entered an apem game and it was changed to pick or random. I ended up with a hero I don't know how to play. Regardless, I didn't refuse to help. I didn't know how to play the hero and was asking for but I was definitely a liability because I didn't know how to play the hero. I should not be banned for not knowing how to play a hero. Please reverse the ban. Thank you!

This makes no sense. The bot automatically sets the game to -apem, ergo only way for you to get random hero is if you type -random. So saying you ended up with a hero you didn't know how to play is bullshit.

It's not bullshit. It was an apem game and it was voted to change the game to random or draft hero. Not familiar with the mode and ended up with a hero I didn't know how to play or mistaken chose a hero I didn't know. There wasn't many choices and I didn't know how to chose one of the heroes that were available.
