I can put a warning for d/cing since I can't tell if he did it intentionally.

For the feeding part, was it intentional or just a bad game? I can't ban someone for having a bad game unless it is a repeated pattern of intentionally playing bad or feeding.

Did he intentionally feed in this game you are reporting him for or was it more likely he just had a bad game?
