this player character is distressing for a team game.

First of all, he insults his team at 10 minutes, saying that he will have to do everything on his own. Then he wants !FF at 13 minutes even though he is a "late hero".

Then at 19 minutes, he buys a GEM for the enemy.

This is a player who doesn't deserve to play Dota for a long time in the hope that it will serve as a lesson to him.

Towards the end of the game he does give the enemy a gem and is so bad and egregious that he is kicked by a vote but the damage is done. Joins the very next game and sucks it up again as axe, but doesnt straight ruin.
