I vouch for bluesy3113. Ive never heard him say anything negative towards other people. In my opinion a stern warning is enough here given his clean history.

@jazzy deserved his ban because of repeated infringements. Cleary the circumstances are different so i say that a ban would be unwarranted.

If someone commits a crime in real life, shouldn't they be punished? Regardless of stature or criminal history? What exactly does my past on ent have to do with his infraction?

jizz, let me try and help you here.

i'm pretty confident what you've experienced is not fair (i've had similar experiences), but the circumstances are different from the time you were banned.
The most important of which is who was the admin. at the time.
Given the time-frame cited I would guess astros (aka assturds).
Assturds was grossly unobjective and entirely biased as a function of whether he and/or "friends" liked or disliked you.
He would sieze upon any crappy (worthy or not) ban request and take advantage to his liking, or even contrive and embellish to suit himself.

I have more confidence in the current admin. with regard to being objective in these issues.
What I think is a problem that everyone has is that rules change and /or imposed by admin-of-the-day. Rules that are not black/white and derived - nazi naming/references, mother references, wishing death... etc. I'm not saying such rules should or should not be, but rules need to be understood and communicated before the fact - before they are levied.

Jizz, just let it go... probably not fair but you're not the only person with such experiences.

Yea, I know you're right. I tried self banning and even made new screen names, but people still figured out it was me playing.

This guy, I don't even flame him. All I said was that he ruined for his team by taking NA since he can't play him, and his response was so gross. I am out of ideas on how to anonymize myself and just play. You don't seem me crying when people troll my name.

I know he won't get banned, but was hoping he would at least get a warning or something.
