i have agree with tomex on this one i might not LIKE LIKE him but he tries his dam hardest in games to win and play. better then bobby and mogu or tigervessel who are known ruiners or CLAUDE311. the way hes targeted in games is uncalled for and the language and words spoken to him to uncalled for. if thats the case then half of ENT needs to get banned ill start posting ban request see how many get denied. and far as him farming in woods with infernos. theres nothing wrong with that. ive witness him fight in all battles with infernos if he isnt in woods farming. half of ENT farms woods and doesnt help team fights or defend rax and yet they not banned. ill too start posting them. tomex needs unban they are targeting a low skilled player whois better then half the low skilled players on ENT who actually trys win the games with his team. unban tomex!

Very bad comparison. If you have a hero like Slark, of course you go farm woods, because you will need the gold and levels to carry later on. Same for hereos like Skeleton King, who will have to carry/tank later on. Another example: I have never seen a Void using ultimate on creeps in woods. And another one: I have never seen a Juggernaut using his ultimate on creeps in woods. Warlock is a support hero with a powerful ultimate which has a long cooldown. As it was stated in the comments before, using his ultimate on creeps in woods or simply to farm lanes comes close to ruin. There is a reason he is down to 580 elo and believe it or not, in a lot of games he is the only reason or at least one of the reasons of the defeat.

Tomex, can you explain why every time you are on my team. You pick jugg and rush arcane boots? EVERY SINGLE TIME.

He is based on attack speed and agility and your first items on my team are always arcane boots and point booster. Yet against me, you never do that crap. How do you explain that is not ruining on purpose?

Jazzy3113, that's not true because we played together when I was playing Juggernaut. As for the game,

Halo_mauler, I agree that in [ENT] DotA apem us/ca #31, I didn’t play my best, and the ultimate at 10:24 wasn’t the greatest. However, regarding the use of golems in other situations, when I'm returning to base and know that nothing will happen for the next two minutes (or I need to heal and buy items), I don't agree that it's a bad idea, even at the cost of a ban.

As for other games, I've reviewed all of them, and I agree that in some, I wasn’t very active in team play. In those cases, I definitely made mistakes. However, I can't fully explain why that happened because I looked at games from the same day, and I can have two good, even very good games, and then one bad one. It seems to me, though this is just a theory, that when the opponent has a large advantage, for example, 5-20, it’s like in judo, which I practiced – the opponent doesn’t allow me to play my game, and that’s when I actually make stupid mistakes. Regarding the markers mentioned, please also check my recent games, and I believe I play much better as a team now. However, when I walk with the team for 5 minutes and the team is afraid to attack, I get frustrated because my ultimate would have refreshed by then, and I could have earned money, which would support the team in the long run, helping us win, which is always my goal.

As for reporting offensive comments, I don’t know how to do that and don’t understand the instructions on the forum for doing it correctly, or I land on expired pages. This makes returning to the games of my youth less enjoyable. If you have any more feedback, I’m at your disposal.

PS if there is or it is possible to create a game where I can play with only bots and there I could practice my game and ideas, it would be extremely helpful, because the goal is not to spoil the game, but to have fun together after work when have some free time, at least for me that's how I treat it.

This guy knows very well what he's doing. He plays techies fine and knows the mechanics of the game perfectly.
He's pretending he doesn't know now that an ult that has a 160 seconds cool down should not be used on 4 creeps?
Basically he's saying it's better to get 120 gold than to use that ult to defend your base? You accept his phony excuse?

He clearly deserves the ban and it is very obvious he seems to be doing it in order to bring down his elo.

arangula78, Please don't be rude, I only play from an old Samsung (e.g. 900x3c) and I haven't run it since Monday (I work on a Mac Pro), which can be checked. but I'm actually curious who created the account, especially since it was night in Poland at that time, and historically I never play at such hours. As for other complaints, I got banned for playing Technics, that's why I play Warlock, and we didn't write about using this character against creeps, but against neutrals so please read the entire topic thoroughly.
Can you explain to me what lowering ELO does? because I don't understand it at all

This is another case of poor moderation from a moderator who doesn't understand PLAYER TENDECIES because he: a) Doesn't understand the game. b) Doesn't really play the game to know what is happening. (Same reason he thought TA was spectre and didn't know it could crash the game so he didn't want to ban someone). Same moderator who said he hadn't played the game for years but when someone submitted a ban request, he insulted that player and said "maybe you don't understand the game" and proceeded to deny his ban request.

So apparently, you can ruin and then just make up a sob story about how you're trying your best (he clearly doesn't) and get unbanned despite a lengthy history. Many games he likely doesn't get reported despite the same behavior. He has received countless advice in-game by players on and opposite of his team. He never listens.

Just hearing the excuse here is hilarious. "I used warlock golem ulti to farm jungle because I didn't expect a fight to happen while it is on cooldown."

Perhaps the enemy team should send him an email or text message notifying him the date, gamename, and time of the next fight so he can be better prepared.

Next, this person is trying to "employ" people at a salary of $24k per year in Poland. This is great salary if you live in Pakistan but it is below a full-time salary of a McDonald's worker in big cities of America. No one is going to work for you, buddy. Stop the nonsense.

Halo hasn't moderated many DotA games so it is odd that he is somehow the one in charge making these bad decisions.

He's not even following the 'manual'. You're not supposed to use a VPN to play and I showed him clear evidence of SonGoku switching between his Pakistan and Chinese VPN usage between games and he denied the ban request.

Just know that ban requests are now optional, regardless of whether it is valid or not.
