banned for two hours cause internet dropped

Why are you banned: my internet dropped for 5 minutes and im banned for 2 hours...
Why you should be unbanned: i didnt quit and i never quit...my entire internet dropped for 5 minutes not sure what happened, trying to play as i have limited time during the day, if you read this before 11h30 eastern thank you for unbanning me before time is up
