WC3.EXE crashed twice, I did not leave games

Hello all there.

I just got auto-banned due to something out of my control. The entire game shut on me right after it started, twice. I did not leave. I took a screenshot the 2nd time b/c I don't want any misunderstanding here. (attached)

Hopefully I can get unbanned, since I did not leave, I was waiting in lobby like 20 minutes, clearly I wanted to play. And I still do.


This is not a connectivity issue. The process itself failed. I already restarted the computer and hopefully won't happen again.
