Wait for AdventureClub or another DotA moderator to look at your appeal. For now you are banned because of clear fog click on axe at 2:54 replay time (play replay at 1/2 time starting from 2:40 to see it).

i dont care this anymore,u can ban my ip but u cant ban my skill. dota alwasy have maphacker, plz make a program to stop it if u can. sometime i got rape by hacker too.

There is no excuse for your friend maphacking on your IP. If thats even true to begin with. However, there is no denying he was hacking because a fogclick is only possible if you had fog of war off (maphack). Thank your friend for your ban.
