If this person agrees to accept the that he will not use hacks or other third party programs. Then I think might as well safelist him to use ENT Connect.

I was told that people suspected you to be maphacking as well.

Before anyone safelists you, they should watch replays and check for fog clicks/suspicious behavior as well.

There's no reason to be mad on anyone. He returned to ID after months and now maphacks.

It's a legit ban which is being supported by your dodging.

but im banned so i cant play on ent anymore if one of the same ip gets banned all does, it was really fun to play on ent the best bot i could play on

If you dodge a ban, it doesn't matter whether you were guilty of the original ban or not. We have this appeal process to address wrongful bans. That is the only legitimate way to get a ban removed. Once you dodge, you undermine our ban system and we no longer want you to be a part of our community.

To put it succinctly: if you ban dodge, you will be banned for a year - and hunted zealously by our staff.
