Hurt.Locker/ Shadrack IP banned due to cucumbersalad

Situation: okay so i'm hurt.lcoker, my little brother is shadrack. now a friend that has come over a few differnet times got banned at his own house, (cucumbersalad) and are ip got banned. I can understand that it might automatically do that but plz unban. His only 2 other accounts hes used is mdpwns1763 and shendelzare. Shadrack and Hurt.Lcoker is me and my bro.
Why you should be unbanned: We didn't do or were even in the game. Me and brother both have good stay percentages and play a lot. Thanks for any help you can give.
PS: keep cucumbersalad banned for whatever he did its just me and shads ip if that's possible

So I don't know if you don't understand or why my ip isn't getting unbanned, and I know this will come off as an ass. But "Cucumbersalad" got banned at his house. And you banned not only his ip, but my ip also. we live in 2 separate houses. Please unban my house, so Hurt.Locker and Shadrack can still play as we are loyal ENT dota players.
No hard feelings just missing my brotherly dota time. you feel me?

We can include your nickname to the whitelist so you will be able to connect to the server even when your brother/friend are banned, but to use this whitelist, you must play using ent connect which means, to join the game you need to use the same nickname as your forum account.

That whitelist sounds pretty good but I can't play on Vin_and_kelsier due to my friend who decided to change the password on me and use the account as his own. So I guess i'll just wait it out. Thanks for the help anyway though.

When we do a ban it bans him on all known ips that our bots have, so he is most likely banned on his house ip if he played there before he went to your house. Although I am not certain

You will use ENT Connect, which means you'll connect via LAN, you won't need any password. You must be logged at ent connect using ur forum account.

actions of your "friend" were very selfish but since the games all three accounts you've mentioned have been played on the same dates almost at the same time I'd say you are telling the truth about your friend, just so you guys know generally this wouldn't work out very well but yeah, as moderators have said you have been offered the whitelist which is the best you should get in my opinion.
