Warcraft III username:PichuTheDK, Ryoko and ibuild41v5 are the accounts I play on and today So I kept trying to join the Nwu bot and was getting a message about someone named or YashLmoto. playing dota and map hacking or something

Why you should be unbanned:
I don't even play dota 1 when I have dota 2 and the only thing I should be banned or warned about is DC since I can't figure out gproxy and currently have to use my wireless data plan to access the net I get dc'd some games for random chip outs once in a While.

It is like RTMX said, a ban made by DotA Cash. But what makes your appeal so interesting is that you were banned on the 29th of June yet you're only appealing your ban now.

What makes it even more interesting is that I was online on ibuild41v5 yesterday playing nwu as the games are in my previous stats which makes me being banned on the 29th impossible.

and this dota cash thing is retarded as well since I'm joining an ent game and like I said I do not play dota1 let alone have the map so I'm at a loss atm.

am I supposed to take it that no one noes what is going on?

I can vouch for Pichu right now that he has never maphacked or ban-dodged. Also, if you look at those accounts, you can tell he has never been banned prior to June 29th.

ibuild41v5 uses exactly the same IP range as the banned account. The other two accounts you named are using different ranges and were not affected.

Plus, your IP from the first post matches with the banned IP, the IP of the second post is slightly changed again.

So what I'm hearing right now is that I'm being penalized for something I did not do because my nickname is yosh? As for the ip matching is it at all not possible that mobile devices such as cell phones do not ever have the same IP due to it being a network run under a company?

I also have to turn on my internet sharing to ever Be able to connect to the net so it might just be changing ips every time

Sorry for double post but huge update in regards to this. Anyone who uses Mobile devices to access the internet are going to potentially encounter this same problem. The Mobile devices give you a randomish IP address every time you turn on internet sharing and then connect to the randomly made "network"

You should probably make a post regarding this in another section for people who might have experienced this. It also clears some things up since I have been accused of being some other random ass people I've never even heard of before since I have had to go without actual internet for a while since real life priorities take over my own entertainment.

Again prob a good idea to make a sticky somewhere.

I don't know if you -noticed- but he has played after June 29, 2013 and he has NEVER ever been accused or has played with maphack. Your assessment of this ban is clearly biased just because his names are "similar" to each other. Your density level has reached its limit there. It's the same scenario as what happened to that Birdflu or w/e guy who was banned and had to have his name whitelisted.

Ty Profe and Masa I appreciate the assistance, however the issue seems to have been resolved by it's self .
the proof is there and I already confirmed it with the phone company and seeing as how I joined one of the 1.39c bugged games today its clearly evident that there is a serious bug with the banning system which is not anyone's fault really.

whether someone wants to make the general public know about this or not,is up to them.

Suppose all you can do is your best and pray it's enough.

I really wanted to try the new version before I left but oh well I'll try probably saturday.

anyways thanks for everyone who decided to try and be apart of a solution to this issue.
